The Santini Story
In 2000, Reginaldo Santini made a bold decision. After years working long routes for large carriers, he knew the delivery industry was missing something essential — the human connection. Packages were treated like numbers, clients were treated like accounts, and nobody picked up the phone when something went wrong.
With his savings and a single van parked in their Berkeley driveway, Reginaldo and his wife Sandra Santini launched Santini Delivery Solutions. He drove the routes; she managed the clients, the books, and the relationships. From day one, their promise was simple: every customer gets a real person on the line, every shipment gets personal attention, and every commitment gets honored — no exceptions.
That husband-and-wife operation quickly earned a reputation across the Bay Area. Wineries in Napa trusted them with vintage bottles. Pharmacies relied on them for time-sensitive medication. Word spread — not through advertising, but through the kind of reliability that people talk about.
Twenty-five years later, with a fleet of 40+ vehicles and a dedicated team of professionals, the mission hasn't changed. Reginaldo and Sandra still lead the company together — he oversees fleet operations and logistics, she manages client partnerships and business strategy. They built Santini not to be the biggest, but to be the one you can always count on.
